Description
Primary responsibilities of an MDCPS licensee include:
1. Obtain approval on all products, designs, labels, marketing & distribution plans, and advertising/promotional materials prior to any production, distribution or sale. Production of products can only occur after email approval of submitted artwork.
Artwork must be submitted through email mdcpsteammartwork@holseninc.com
2. Maximize distribution of MDCPS products in the retail channels permitted by the license agreement.
3. Pay royalties due in a timely and accurate manner.
Royalties are required on all orders that you receive as a manufacturer
The rates are as follows :
T-shirts ……………….. $0.65
Novelty Items ………. 5%
Outerwear …………… $0.90
Activewear ………….. $0.80
Footwear …………….. $1.00
Headwear ……………. $0.50
Jewelry ……………….. $1.25
* These are minimum royalty rates
Licensed products can only be sold to approved state of Florida registered brick and mortar retail location or an MDCPS approved partner (link)
4. Ensure that within your supply chain products are produced in a responsible manner that is consistent with the MDCPS workplace codes of conduct, monitoring and remediation standards.
5. Licensees must purchase and affix MDCPS hologram decals for all approved products.
6. Use MDCPS Licensing systems throughout the term of license agreement.
